If you have kids, and want to teach them some basic logical puzzle solving, you may want to check out Bam! Jr. on the App Store. The game is based on matching colors or playing games with kids that involve matching colors and pictures through memory, you may want to check out Bam! Jr. on the App Store. This game is a universal app and available for $.99.
Review
Bam! Jr. is a family-oriented game based on color matching. It can best be described as the toy game Simon, but in app form. Up to eight players can participate at once and there are two ways to drop out of each game. You can either not select the right object and color match to what you choose in the selection screen, or you can press the wrong image when it pops up on the screen. To win, you simply keep selecting your picture and color match when it pops up on the screen while the game has images pop up faster overtime.
You start by selecting the color and image from the selection screen and when everyone selects you click on ?Go.? Each player takes turns selecting images and color matching. If the wrong image is selected or the turn skips, like mentioned above as the two ways to drop out, an x appears across the screen. The game is very simple in nature, but may provide some entertainment to toddlers and young children. It is nice that it is a universal app because I can?t really imagine playing it on the iPhone.
Recommendation
Bam! Jr. should be a fan distraction to young kids if they can grasp the gameplay and selection process of images/colors.
